For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. There is a $1000 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens for any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit as well as the balcony. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. There is a $200 fine for any violation of the no-pets policy.
