Historical Setting
Living here is like living in a single family home. The incredible landscape is indicative of the apartments being built in 1942 with dozens of large, old live oak trees, poplar trees, and magnificent magnolia tress.There are private streets with backdoor parking areas and frontdoor parking...no large paved areas. Each apartment has azaleas surrounding the front walk. The setting is in Midtown Mobile which is THE prime area to live surrounded by Mobile history. I love that all of the... apartments have front and backdoor entrances with no one living above or below. Residents step right outside to beautiful grassy areas where they may and do place lawn furniture, grills, and firepits. The managment is warm, helpful, and attends to all needs quickly. Greatest place on earth to live.
