Maison De Ville

I’ve lived here 2 years and in them 2 years nothing that was broken got fixed. My light bill was 300 - 500 dollars a month. My A/c would up to 85 by It self. I reported It they pretend that it’s fixed and it is not. And ended up signing another year lease which the next year there got even worse. December 2022 my roof started leaking. I left the apartment in 2024 and was never fixed. When I go to the office to try to get the problem fixed, the property manager started yelling at me talking about... how she just will not fix it and she did just that. The roof got to the point where it was caving in. I will call and call and call Nobody would never fix it. THESE PEOPLE ARE PATCHING THINGS UP AND NOT FIXING THEM. The neighbor that just moved across from me, has only been in her apartment for two weeks and her Ceiling is already leaking as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lee mas

Bugs all throughout the unit , had them spray but bugs are still bad . Told me this was new carpet but bugs are all throughout it and I have children .rusted fridge that won’t close or get cold . They don’t answer the phone once you complain but want your hard earned money . My son dropped something for two seconds and bugs surrounded it quickly and I just moved here 2 weeks ago . Agent who gave it to me I haven’t talked to her since I got here . Ontop of that the apt isn’t on the maps so when... you order grocery delivery or anything they can’t find the apt and you have to try to explain it . Hood on stove disgusting , stove outdated and nasty , countertops are old and hard to clean , rust in tub in bedroom , stomping neighbors. Lee mas

Tiffany was great! But the apartments just need renovation. The apartments are 30 years old. Baseboards are dirty. Carpet needs to be stripped and replace. Stairs in townhome are about to fall in. The list goes on ....

After one year of residency, don't be surprised to get a BIG rent increase after moving in and getting settled here. Maintenance requests are SLOW to be responded to and complaints about noisy neighbors fall on deaf ears. EXPENSIVE with terrible neighbors!

Much less expensive than most the other apartments around, 3 pools, free videos ,close to shopping ,restaurants and nite life and an hour to the beaches. Paris has been extremely helpful. She made the entire process easy.
