WORST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT
We had an Ac problem from past *FOUR MONTHS* .
We complained more than a hundred times by mails, raising complaints , even visiting the leasing office. Whenever we call sometimes no one will show up, even after visiting the office too they will say ‘maintenance member will be over there, but no one will show up.
They will come to check the next day,and they will say we need order the parts,finally after a week they say it’s fixed but, the next day it will stop working as usual.
Whenever we ask... the maintenance members they will say ‘we did you gotta talk to the office members’.
And the office members :“WE CALLED THEM IF THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY , DO YOU WANT ME TO GO AND FIX IT ?”
That’s how they react they say ‘will be there in 5 minutes’ after an hour if I visit again ‘ho they didn’t show up, i will call them,they are doing something else it will take an hour’ finally the day will be done.
SAME THING FOUR MONTHS HOW IRRESPONSIBLY THEY AVOIDED US
The same situation from four months, and imagine how much time we have wasted just for complaining,and how much we suffered.
I hope you guys will fix it before we leave your residence.
