Check-in packets, including parking passes and wristbands, are available at the front desk until 5:00 PM. If you arrive after hours, your packet can be picked up at the guard shack. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
