Rock Island Ridges At Riverchase

I would recommend Rock Island Ridges to anyone who is moving to the Ft. Benning/ Columbus/ Phenix City area. These are by far the best and most beautiful apartments with the kindest staff.

Rock Island Ridges offers stunning apartments that truly feel like home. They have lovely amenities, including a community center, gym, and pool with pool deck seating, cabanas, and outdoor grills and fire pits. The apartments are spacious, beautiful and very well cared for. The grounds are kept clean and... beautiful at all times, the community is gated and is extremely safe.

Additionally, the staff at this community are outstanding. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, and extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. They respond very quickly to any maintenance requests and always have a kind and friendly demeanor. Lee mas

I really enjoyed my time at Rock Island Ridges. Everyone is very nice and really eager to make sure the space you call home is absolutely perfect. They really make this place special. The maintenance team is phenomenal and they work very quickly to resolve any issues. I also loved the scenic aspect of RIR. It’s very peaceful and helps keep you grounded! I would definitely make this place my number one choice if I were moving to Columbus or Phenix City.

Dakota is one of the personnel on the maintenance team and he’s awesome. We always hv friendly conversations and he gets the job done in a timely manner.

I love living at RRR. I just signed another lease. Me and my husband lived here in 2017-2018 until we bought a house. We enjoyed it then. My husband was one of those people that was friendly with everyone. I lost him in 2019. I finally decided to move back to RRR because of the staff and the security. I feel safe here. I can be on the third floor without climbing stairs because they have elevators. I have military neighbors and fill safe with them around me too. Everyone is so neighborly here.... That's what we are known for in the south. I love the brightness of the apartment and huge closet! Ha! Management is always great along with the maintenance team. When I need something done, even a light bulb changed they are on top of it. I am almost 70 and can't do what I use too but I know with the RRR team they are only a call away. I love RRR! Very nice community to live in. Apartments are really nice and the grounds are well kept. Staff is amazing and they are always here to help. We also have some fun activities that everyone can enjoy!
