Do not recommend
Greystone is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The unit we had was outdated and management consistently failed to uphold the standards they expect from residents. Upon moving into our unit, it was in very poor condition. The unit had cobwebs, dead insects. We had to clean and sweep every part of the unit before moving in our furniture or personal items. The exterior of the buildings is dirty, with bugs and bird droppings everywhere. Maintenance rarely keeps up with... cleaning or repairs.
Parking is terrible in the evenings, there are tons of unmarked cars taking up spaces, and if you’re not home by 6 PM, you’ll have to park far away unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. The assistant manager, Kayla, even lives on-site, yet I’ve personally seen her and her guests ignoring community rules (for example, vaping in the pool area where smoking is prohibited). She also often parks in handicap and “future resident” spots overnight. Kayla owns a dog that I witnessed biting her — despite the complex claiming to have a “no aggressive dogs” policy. I also watched her family member walking the same dog without a leash, completely disregarding the community’s leash rule. Maintenance is unreliable, my dryer was broken for months, and after countless “quick fixes,” it finally stopped working. When it failed completely over a weekend, I was told to use a laundromat until the following week, which was unacceptable. Dog waste is scattered throughout the property, so you have to watch your step constantly.
Overall, this place is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charge. I would not recommend Greystone Apartments to anyone.
