The Dels have been a Godsend!
I truly enjoy my living at The Dels in El Dorado, AR. The property offers both furnished and unfurnished floor plans, including a mix of studio and one-bedroom units, which makes it convenient for a variety of living needs. The apartment itself is cute, quiet, secure, and very comfortable, creating a peaceful place to call home.
One of the best features is that the base rent includes all utilities—electric, gas, water—as well as internet/Wi-Fi, which makes budgeting simple and stress-free. Once... rent is paid, everything is covered, and that convenience is invaluable.
The property is also pet-friendly (with applicable fees), which is a huge plus. The location is another standout—there is a restaurant attached to the building and two additional eateries directly across the street, making dining incredibly convenient.
