I JUST MOVED FROM HERE THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT GOOD DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, she’s charging an arm and a leg for them so let me list a few of the bad things for ya

1. We are overrun with roaches no matter how much roach killer we put out or spray (would also like to note I keep my apartment spotless cause I can’t stand messes) I had to throw away brand new groceries cause the roaches destroyed them within a couple of days in the pantry
2. There are mice EVERYWHERE they ate the insulation... stuff out of our oven and made a nest in the wall behind it
3. She will evict you for literally anything even though she’s not here 99% of the time even on the days she’s supposed to be
4. Disgusting neighbors with some of the nastiest apartments I’ve ever seen
5. There’s a designated dog walking area out front by the sign they provide poop bags but good luck walking out there cause no one picks up after their dogs, she put out a notice that people would get evicted if they didn’t and it never happened
6. If you live in an upstairs unit good luck with your ac in this heat, she’ll tell you “yeah it gets a little bit hot” no our apartment was in the 90’s cause our little unit they have for a 2 bedroom apartment is meant to cool maybe a small shed we had to get 3 window units and our electric bill is almost $300 because we have to run them CONSTANTLY because (we actually got in the ceiling and looked) there is ZERO insulation throughout the whole place you can see across the top of every apartment it’s just a giant open roof
7. Neighbors will complain on you for just about everything
8. Good luck washing or drying your clothes I stopped doing my laundry here because someone told me they were dealing with bed bugs and were washing their stuff in the laundry unit downstairs

I’ve also been blocked from viewing any of the apartment complex’s on Facebook cause she knows I’m calling her out on her horrible complex’s :) Lee mas

I was speaking with a long time tenant, who informed the complex had a problem with bed bugs in the past. Over the past couple of days, I've had 3 of my tires slashed. So there is that deal with. Trash is everywhere in common areas. But hey, they remodeled in 2019, so that's what got me.

Absolutely horrible! Bugs everywhere. Every other door is drugs. Can’t even go into my bathroom without spelling strong pot. I even smell on it the managers office when I go to check my mail. Manager is absolutely rude and lazy. We’ve been having problems since the day we moved in and landlord said there’s nothing she can do. Do not fall for this trap!
