McKenzie Park Apartments

I’ve been living over here since 2019. This place has become a nightmare. About two years ago (2022) my ex’s car was invaded by rats that built a nest under his hood and destroyed a ton of wires. Well in April 2025, my car wouldn’t start. Lo and behold I pop the hood to my 2023 vehicle and there is a rat nest and they tore up all my wires in my car. So I had to get my vehicle towed and get a rental due to this and my car was in the shop. I reached out to “new management”, this is like the 6TH... new managers by the way, and of course they denied that it was the property (despite the big construction site behind the apartments that has been there for the past couple of YEARS where they tore down a bunch of trees and the filthy grounds of the complex) and they took measures. This incident happened in April, they “supposedly” sprayed in the middle of May and hadn’t “seen any rodent activity since spraying” (managers words). Before they cleaned up, the pool had been disgusting for months, there was trash on the sidewalks and in the walk through areas, the dog parks were disgustingly dirty. I sent pictures and was told they would look into it and get back to me. It has been over about a month since I brought this to their attention and no one has gotten back to me. Not to mention this issue was sent to their legal team, I’m guessing to make sure that if they did tell me NO to any resolve, I can’t sue their butts! If you are thinking about moving to this place, I hope you never run into any issues. These people will not resolve it because they are greedy and couldn’t care less if you are happy with the way things are handled. There have been a ton of other incidents on top of this one, including where there was a water leak in my ceiling from the neighbors on the 3rd floor and the crack in my ceiling has yet to be repaired, the leak happened in March. I have asked to break my lease and they told me not without penalty. I resigned in February and this happened in April!! I will not be resigning here in the future. Air conditioning broke and maintenance will not respond son a holiday. While I’m caring for a newborn. They say it has to be 80degrees in the house. Ridiculous very unprofessional management

Mckenzie used to be an ideal place. Now there is trash outside Apartments walkways.
Residents leave food trash anywhere. Looking for a new place this year.

I’ve been here about 4 years now and I still like it. Management has changed a few times, but I guess that’s normal. People aren’t very good about cleaning after their animals, so that is not pleasant. Overall I’m still here… just as long as my rent doesn’t go up again..

These apartments are very sweet. The common areas of the apartments deserve more cleaning, but people should be more careful. The gym has open 24/24 and 7/7 day.
The team is adorable, very available and ready to help You.
The apartments are very well located next to all amenities.
But the negative points is the common room that deserves to be open on demand all the time. And the little gates are still open, The residence should not be constantly open, we should need a card.
But it’s really a... perfect place to live. Lee mas
