I came in today and secured a new apartment! The Manager and Leasing agent were fabulous and I look forward to moving into my new apartment next week and to work with such an amazing staff!!!

unprofessional workers. didn't want to fix anything. tried to charge ME for their screw ups. wouldn't reccomend.

I have lived at this specific apartment complex twice. The first time I lived there the apartment was nice and the management and staff was very friendly and helpful. The second time I lived there the apartment was okay but the maintenance team was very lazy and never fixed things in a reasonable time. I moved over 5 months ago and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. After being given the run around, I was informed that the previous property manager had done my paperwork incorrectly... so that it showed that I was not supposed to receive my deposit back and that I would have to wait 2 more months on top of the 5 months that I have already waited. The current management that is there lacks basic communication skills and a sense of urgency when it comes to their tenants. Which means they have terrible customer service.

When I first moved in these apartments was great! The maintenance was never a problem they came to fix things the same day or the next day and the staff was GREAT! now they have a new staff and the maintenance is horrible! The staff is rude, I've been living here for 2 years and I will not be signing a 3rd lease. Very unprofessional

My grandma lives in these apartments and twice already she has had to deal with bed bugs. She has been here for 10 years and has never had a problem. We noticed she started breaking out all over her arms, legs and back. First time she got rid of all her furniture and bedding and management had the apartment spayed to take care of the issue(free of charge). 2nd time, this is at the time of new management, the manager informed my grandma that she would have to pay $900 to have pest control to... spray her apartment!!! So I'm wondering what happened between last time her apartment was spayed and this time? Could it be new management? Also, there used to be a trash bin outside her apartment. Close enough she could walk to it. Since new management, they have removed the dumpster and put it down the hill from her. This, and the bed bug issue has been a huge inconvenience for my elderly grandmother.
