Cleaned apartment sparkling and to the T, they took my deposit for giving a 3 week notice when we left and not 4 weeks. When I needed dishwasher fixed they said it was the filter, I cleaned it and it still didn’t work. They never fixed it. Wouldn’t attempt at fixing our light in the ceiling fan because “it was installed when we moved in and they don’t fix ceiling fans.” They charged me $80 to scrub the inside of our oven when it caught on fire and the inside was burnt, instead of replacing it... they simply washed it and charged us. They never told us we HAD to give a month notice of leaving or we wouldn’t get our deposit back, they just told us after the fact “oh well you didn’t give us a full month notice so your deposit is forfeited.” Like excuse me, you could have told us that we could have not rushed to get our things out by the 1st of the next month. They will never replace anything the will rig it to work. When our faucet broke, they put a cap on it to keep it from leaking instead of putting a new faucet head. Three of our doors didn’t shut properly and never got replaced. They upped our rent by $100 because THEY decided to install new fences. So with a one week notice we had an extra $100 to pay. From the bottom of my heart I deeply suggest not staying here. They also have a water bug issue and the insulation from the doors is AWFUL and your utility bill will be outrageous. Sinks are falling in. Won’t replace them. Ceiling leaking and drooping, they spray painted over it. Do. Not. Rent. From. These. People. Please. Lee mas
