No After-Hour Support & Poor Customer Service
All these reviews about the staff, technology package and grounds is spot on! Unfortunately…. If you work from home, do not rent here. If you do you will need to invest in a great hotspot. I attached a photo of the current satellite that feeds the entire community which is why you will need another streaming provider. Yes, it’s always open like this. To top it off, there is no emergency contact or support. Your AC goes out on a Friday, you will have no one contact you until you GO IN the office... after 9am when they open. They will not pick up the phone or return calls. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Even in this heat. I’ve also heard dogs are getting sick from the grass being over watered filled with bacteria. Thank goodness I don’t have a pet!
