My overall experience over the last ~2 years has been the most positive I've had at a complex in Phoenix. It's not without its issues, such as some old appliances, and there are emergency sirens pretty often due to multiple hospitals being nearby. The property manager as of right now (10/25/25), however, is without a doubt the best I've dealt with. I reported an issue with my air conditioner at the beginning of last summer, and it was looked at and replaced entirely with a new unit within the... week. My dishwasher was a similar situation. Overall not terrible apartments. Could be more updated, but you get what you pay for. Its a quiet community although you can definitely hear traffic and sirens constantly. Pool is frequently closed but staff does their best to make it better quickly.

Monterra is Quiet , Peaceful community. The apartments are Beautiful and all appliances are Great. Staff is Dedicated and Dependable.

Great complex to live in. Quiet clean and easy freeway access . Nice pool gym and staff members. Maintenance is top priority for any issues that need attention. Schools transportation is near apartment building.

Doing a great job and running a great community. My biggest issue has still just the tenants not picking up after their dogs! I don’t know if there is much you guys can do about that but maybe install a security camera to hold people accountable and some sort of fine?
