The New management that took over I really making changes and improvements to the property. They are on top of all work Juan The community assistant manager is there to answer all questions we need it. I’ve been living here for 13 years and this is the best at the apartments have looked since living here and moving out and coming back with his family. As we all know, it will take time to get the apartment to their full potential, and the new management is working hard to do that as most of us... see the changes that are happening around here with fixing abandoned apartments that have been vacant for years, keeping the property clean trash areas, clean breezeways. As a resort Tenant I appreciate the work that new management is putting into the property

This complex will take your rent money and evict you the next day with no warning the place is over ran with roaches

I currently live here. Wish I have knew more about this place and the area before I signed the contract. Don’t regiment it at all.

Very dirty, poorly managed and maintained.
I've lived here over a year and nothing ever gets done. My A.C is always going out, my floors are torn, cabinets are broken, bathroom ceiling caved in from a leak and theirs mold!! Bad roach problems, and the worst part is I have been more than patient putting in work orders and waiting for it to be fixed yet nothing gets fixed. Barley livable conditions this place is disgusting! I have never seen a property so poorly managed. The list goes on. I'm... still living here and still waiting for things to get fixed. Oh and there's no wheelchair access so my grandmother has fallen and broke her hand and shoulder! Ridiculous. Who owns this place? I've put in a bad review to BBB and I need to talk to someone higher to get things done.

This place was a horrible experience, seriously, I wasn't expecting first class, but, I wasn't expecting to be locking myself into the slum of all slums either. This place is horribly managed, they're kool right up until you've signed your lease, then, you see who your really dealing with. The place is So roach infested, it seems like the pest controls spraying is just feeding the roaches. The water was cut off daily, so, hope you don't need to shower before you leave in the morning... , or, after you get home at night. Upstairs plumbing failed so many times, my upstairs neighbors waste and toilet sewage ran into my unit every month. I asked to be moved to another unit and the office team told me I had to reapply, break the current lease, and pay another security deposit. Outrageous. that's not even the half of it, have numerous videos and pics, hands down the WORST place I've ever lived in before, and, that says allot. I've lived on both coasts as well as the gulf coast, no other experience like this slum, save your money, find a better apartment Lee mas
