My experience was not good from day one move it, sch as: The issue with the key and code. The stitch in the master closet. The issue with the floors completely dirty and carpet not clean. The damage to the cupboard in the kitchen (not fixed). The guest bathroom backing up for no reason. Most were resolved, but seem to be a lot for a new move in. I do appreciate $100 gift card for missing work bc of the key issue. Yet, I lost more with a day of work missed. Yet, the front office is good... responding and were helpful. I do appreciate them being understanding.
