We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our team works very hard to ensure all maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and after reviewing your service history, we’re glad to... see each was completed well within our community’s approved timeframes. In several cases, our technicians were able to respond within hours, always by the next business day for the ones placed after hours, and often adding preventative measures during their visits to help prevent future concerns.

We also understand that getting used to new features—like our smart home technology—can take time. Our onsite team, along with our dedicated support partners, is always here to answer questions, walk residents through features, and help ensure everything works as it should.

Parking is an important part of the living experience, and we do our best to set clear expectations during the leasing process and again at move-in. We offered to add you to our waitlist for a spot closer to your home, but unfortunately, use of future resident parking as a permanent solution isn’t permitted. We understand this can be inconvenient, especially in warmer weather, and work to communicate parking expectations clearly through our newsletters, e-blasts, and direct conversations to avoid surprises.
