Valley View III/Prescott Valley Apartamentos

This has been the best apartment that I have ever rented in the 30 years that I have been renting housing for me on my own. It has a great floor plan and nice size two bedrooms, one bath apartment, the bathroom has plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair around in it. The laundry room has plenty of room so it can hold my chester style freezer, the pantry has so much room that I never run out of space for my can goods or when I buy in-bulk at Costco, the living room fits all of my furniture with... ease and a lot of room for my grandkids to come and enjoy the afternoon with me. The kitchen has all the amenities that a kitchen could offer with microwave, stove/oven combo, dishwasher and nice size refrigerator/freezer, then comes the plenty of room for my nice size four seat table and chairs. If you are in the market for an apartment, weather it be a one, two, or three bedroom this is the place for you and any families. Lee mas

My apt. Is so beautiful. They take wonderful care of the property and each apt. You would never know that these are low income. I know the managers have a very low tolerance for drugs, criminal records, and activities, abuse issues, or unsavory living situations and conditions. That keeps our apts safe and beautiful for those of us who want to have those securities and continue to afford these great apts. I'm so happy to be blessed to live somewhere as wonderful as here. .
