Willow Ridge Apartments

This building is gorgeous from top to bottom. The panoramic views are beautiful. The staff is the best in the industry and stay on top of everything.

I have lived at the Willow Ridge Apartments for more than two years. It is an ideal location for me - close to lake walking trails, the dog park, and a great grocery store. Most importantly, I feel safe and cared for here! Management is responsive and respectful. It's also very dog friendly - I walk the entire complex every day with my dog and always get a nice hello from neighbors. The maintenance crew is awesome. Just this morning, I was dropping off my rent check in the office and asked... if someone could come over and check out the toilet, as it kept running. It was fixed in less than an hour! Tenants are quiet, it's not a party place at all, which I greatly appreciate. If you are looking for somewhere to live, give them a call! Lee mas

We were in transition from selling our home and building a new home. We needed to find an apartment to leave that provided leasing with a 6 month term. We also needed the ability to bring our loving little dog. Willow Ridge Apartments has provided just that. Our apartment is spacious and has several of the amenities we needed. The staff was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and always there if we had a question.

Lived at Willow Ridge Apartments for 13 months and it was the best apartments I've ever lived in. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance always responded immediately if I ever needed anything. The property is well maintained and kept clean. High quality apartments at a good price. Will definitely recommend in the future.

It's more 1.5 stars to be honest. But definitely wouldn't consider this place "fair." The shining things about this place were that it was always clean, maintained, and a low amount of Police issues. The unfortunate things were that noise is an issue. Which I see mentioned in another review. You can pretty much hear everything in these apartments from neighbors, lawn mowers, dogs barking, and airplanes flying over (which is a lot when Embry-Riddle is in session), road traffic, even kids playing... in the play area a considerable distance away. All this was noticeable with the windows closed. It's also pricey for a complex that really has no modern amenities aside from the 15 year old provided fridge and electric stove. No central air conditioning or heating (having to buy your own window unit or rent one from the complex is true), heating is provided by a few baseboard heaters. (Don't let anyone tell you that in Prescott you don't need A/C, it gets 90-100 degrees there in Summer and in the low 20s and teens in Winter, with snow too). Our utility costs were exponential in summer time due to being on a top floor and having what we realized was really bad wall insulation, windows were also drafty in winter. It might be slightly better on the bottom floor units. Our electric bill varied from $65-75 in Winter to near double that in Summer unfortunately. No dishwasher or in unit washer and dryers. There is on site washers and dryers though, but only 3 ea. per floor (which take laundry cards you have to put money on, card machine is located in the office which isn't open on weekends). Looking at the amenities section listed here. This complex does not have a pool or clubhouse, it is 2 stories, second floor is not wheel chair accessible, it is not smoke-free, and does not have a typical storage unit (it's a closet on the patio/balcony). This complex is much more suited towards college students that aren't home much and are on a low frills type of living situation. Lee mas
