Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $35 for the first 2 hours, pending availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $500 fee. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and violating quiet hours may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal, police involvement, and no refund. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, with a $100 fee per unauthorized guest if discovered. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the property, with evidence of smoking incurring a $500 fine. Noise sensors are installed in units to monitor volume levels, and tampering will result in a fine. Security cameras are located in hallways and shared areas for safety and protection.
