Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy; if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property; if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels; if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
