The Tomscot Apartamentos

I’ve had a generally good experience living at The Tomscot. The location is convenient. The building offers great amenities. Management has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up, which really sets this place apart.

There are a few areas that could use improvement. Dog waste management could be better enforced, and adding more greenery or plants would make the space feel more welcoming and relaxing. It would also be nice to see more investment in outdoor common... areas or green spaces.

Rent is definitely on the higher end, which may make it less accessible for individuals or families looking for long-term housing. Because of the price, many units are shared by college students, which can sometimes lead to noise and messiness in shared spaces.

Overall, it’s a solid place to live—especially if location and amenities are your top priorities. With a few small improvements, it could easily be one of the best apartment communities in the area. Lee mas

I have really enjoyed living at the Tom Scot! The amenities are great, the location is perfect and so close to all the fun activities in Old Town, and the community is really fun!

Kym was awesome getting me set up from the start of touring all the way up to my move in date next week, she has made this process very seamless.

I love it here! The staff has been so good to me since I moved in. The maintenance response has been super quick for me everytime I need something. And this location is A1!! Right in the center of everything for me and super close to any and all types of entertainment I enjoy!
