Visconti at Camelback

Overall, this has been a nice place to live. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and the community is generally quiet and welcoming. I’d like to thank Grace for taking the time to show me the apartment firsthand.
Upon moving in, there were a few items that needed attention, and I appreciate Michael for submitting the work orders and making the process easy. The staff is friendly, and the issues do get resolved but a little more consistency in work order response times, the... overall experience would be even better. Lee mas

The biggest perk of Visconti & The Glen is being walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. There’s a few pools and hot tubs, the gym is not great. The units are spacious. Staff is not very responsive.

Maintenance was a bit slow and still hasn’t removed some of the trash I presume from previous tenants that were left over (a toilet plunger and brush) and for did not resolve my bathtub peeling yet. community seems great with occasional involvements, and front desk is helpful but sometimes doesn’t answer all of my questions via email.
I occasionally smell cigarettes in my bathroom. I am not sure where that’d be coming from but it’s not too common and presume it’s residual or coming from vents... .
over all I would recommend living here just think i got off with a rough start. Lee mas

I've lived here 3 yrs and it's been a nice place to call home, I also used to work here, as a maintenance technician, in my time as an employee, it moved me to actually live on site and raise my son here with my wife. We love the location.

generally quiet and friendly. a lot of owners dont pick up after their dogs and some parents let their children run around and leave a mess.
