Refuses to treat roach infestation, ignores work orders, let’s us live without electricity in our unit for 4 days, tries to charge us $1,800 for moving out early due to roaches and no working appliances. They lost our lease papers twice and blamed us, told us the roaches were our fault when multiple people living there longer than us had the same complaint and we were told by the leasing guy that they’d be gone within a week of us moving in. Never fixed our electricity, oven, sink, barely fixed... our dishwasher, and still never treated the roaches in a year and a half I lived here. They don’t care about you and only want your money. They give you hidden fees and refuse to fix your stuff until you threaten court and they come out and “try” to solve the issues. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. The photos and the management will lie to your face and make you live in a barely livable place. Lee mas

Take my word for it, you won't be happy here. I lived here for eight years. I am finally moving out. It use to be a beautiful place to live. Although we had a few managers in the years I lived here most of them were really nice, they would go out of their way to help a resident. Since they sold the property it went way down hill its dirty, nothing gets fixed, the pool is lock most of the time because they don't want to take care of it. The kids are out of control and noisy. The laundry rooms... are dirty and the machines don't work half of the time, they even lowered the machine prices to get people to use them. The manager here is useless the place also stinks from dog poop. Some people don't clean up after their dogs. And the worse is if you want cool air in the summer you won't get it here. The air conditioners are so old they don't work right when its super hot out it won't cool the apartment off at all. Complain to management and they give you an excuse that its to hot out well that's why you have an air conditioner. All these statements are true and from my own experience living here Lee mas
