Toscana Cove Apartments

Female tenant was stalked and chased to her car. Female tenant was threatened by another tenant because she complained about loud and large parties that lasted all night. Police were called by another tenant because of screaming and fighting between multiple people within an apartment during the middle of night. Management claimed it was of no concern because it was only a case of domestic violence. Toscana is a very dangerous place to live. Management has no values or decency and its only after... extracting as much money from you as possible. Disgusting place to live. You can't do much worse. Lee mas

This was the first apartment I had in Tucson when I moved here, and I only lived there for 11 months. You can hear everything! My neighbors above me (I was on the second floor) were super loud, and when I complained nothing was done. People all over the complex blast their music all hours of the day and night. When you complain about noise at night, the management would tell YOU to call TPD!

I paid for covered parking, but others used it for free and didn’t get towed. They never did anything... about that. I was charged the incorrect amount for rent for the first few months and they never refunded that, either. I started looking for a new apartment halfway through my lease. People wouldn’t pick up their trash or dog poop, roaches were EVERYWHERE in spite of repeated visits from the complex’s ‘exterminator’, and bed bugs were everywhere also. Drug dealers were fairly active in and around the complex too.

About a month before my lease expired, my neighbor’s daughter spit on me (right during COVID) and I filed charges with TPD. I asked them if I could move out a month early as I already had another apartment ready and she still lived next door, although she was currently on the run from the police. They wouldn’t even let me leave a month early without paying a $2,500 ETF!

Worst complex I’ve ever lived at.

Don’t move here. They tell you one thing when you sign the lease and when it comes to ending up more things pop up. Letter never gets mailed to you to put your 30 days notice and they charge you for not receiving that letter . They don’t even try and help. Worse experience . Stay Away from this places very disappointing.

I get hung up on. Do not live here. A lease is a contract and you do not want a contract with these people.

My ac broke 5 times and took weeks to months to fix in the first 2-3 months that I moved in. When I went to take my trash out a drunk man was peeing on it and tried to talk to me . I was told by a tenant that the person next to them had such an sever bed bug infection that they were crawling on the ceilings and transferred to another tenant( who had to pay for the spray themselves which is 300$) The tenants here seem to be , sadly , a lot of heavy drug users and a lot litter or leave random... marks on ur car . The laundry room constantly has multiple broken machines . My bathroom had mold around the 3rd month I moved in . Lee mas
