Moderne at Rocking K

I have been living here for a year now and it is probably the best complex I have lived in. From the brand new apartments, dog door, mini backyard, it's all the accommodations as having your own home.

Faith is the best manager the complex could ask for. Residents here are very friendly and it is a dog friendly and family atmosphere.

I love that the community feels safe and very suburban. Do yourself a favor and live here!

We have been very pleased with Moderne. The apartment is comfy and nice. The community is friendly and safe. Also, the property is well maintained.

Recently we had a drain clog that happened late on a Friday afternoon. Faith and Amy were very responsive and made sure the problem was taken care of quickly.

The kids and I love living in this community. It is clean, new, well maintained, the staff is amazing especially Faith and Coy. Moderne is always doing fun things for us, and they treat us like we are valuable members of the community. I was worried about moving from a house to an apartment, but the way these are built is amazing, by having each unit completely stand alone, with no common walls, it is like living in a single family home, but with all the amenities of an upscale resort. The... pool is awesome, and it is really ice to also be part of the entire Rocking K Community and all of their amenities as well as Moderne's. Best decision I have made in housing since moving to Arizona. Lee mas

I have been here for almost 5 months and really enjoy the property. My only complaint is the vegetation is overgrown and you have to walk around it on the sidewalks
