Moderne at Rocking K Homes

I have been here for almost 5 months and really enjoy the property. My only complaint is the vegetation is overgrown and you have to walk around it on the sidewalks

These homes are amazing! We have lived here about 2 weeks. It’s been quiet. Garbage is taken to the trash for you. You get to pick your home before you accept it too. Everything is just a click away for set up like internet and cable. It’s got a great pool, with a fire pit and a big playground nearby. You even have a splash park within HOA community. The best part, it’s close to my family, I really can’t beat it. Staff is a plus!

Been living here 4 months. Apartment homes are new, with intelligent maintenance staff willing to help. Ladies up front in the leasing office rock. Kayla and Amy really care about the tenants here. Tons to do... swim, work out, play corn hole or chill in the hot tub on a Friday night

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy and the rest of the staff, and I must say that the entire experience was exceptional! From the very first interaction, the team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made the leasing process smooth and straightforward, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable every step of the way.

The apartment complex itself is fantastic! It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into maintaining a high standard of living for... the residents. The community spaces are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, with amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool, and cozy outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation. The apartments are spacious, modern, and feature top-notch finishes that make it feel like home from day one. The attention to detail in both the design and maintenance is top-tier.

I especially appreciate how responsive and helpful the leasing staff has been after I moved in. They’ve made sure I’m settled in comfortably and are always available to assist with any needs or concerns. It's rare to find such a dedicated and personable team, and they truly set this complex apart from others.

Overall, Moderne at Rocking K is a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment with a staff that genuinely cares about its residents. Thank you to the entire leasing and maintenance team for making this such a positive experience!

The crew here is top notch. They all made me feel like not only was I part if a community but part of a family. The apartments are great, amenities are great, but the staff is the best. I deal with severe anxiety and Amy was a Godsend to deal with. Very patient and understanding at every turn. It's only been a couple weeks but it feels like home
