Extremely Disappointed
From my initial tour to the last interaction, the leasing staff--Adrienne (Leasing Consultant), Emma (Assistant Director), and Monet (Director)--have displayed unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and what feels like discriminatory treatment.
When I first toured the property with Adrienne, she was disengaged, provided minimal information, and demonstrated no customer service skills. Throughout the leasing process, my phone calls and voicemails were ignored. Emails were answered sporadically... , with no urgency or follow-up on my concerns.
The level of indifference and lack of empathy from the staff was unacceptable. Apologies felt scripted and dismissive. On the scheduled move-in day, just two hours before my appointment, I received an abrupt email from the Director canceling my application--without explanation, without a refund of my holding deposit, or acknowledgment of my renter's insurance expenses.
All I ever asked for was transparency, communication, and basic professionalism.
