Pool Tv constantly broken
I moved in January and the pool tv was working great but I had heard reviews from other tenants that it constantly breaks, sure enough in March the tv broke and has been broken since. Management has said they are waiting on parts but its been almost 5 months now.. Also no designated parking so if you get home after 6PM you will be going around and around the garage till you get to the 5th or 6th floor.
They also only give you about 6-7 guest parking passes a month and if your guest doesn't have... a pass it WILL get towed and street parking is non existent.
All that aside, management is very friendly and they seem on top of everything else. Community is great, definitely on the younger side, who like to have fun at the pool on weekends and drink. The gym and beer garden (when open) are also really nice!
