Los Arboles Apartments

It’s very Dirty, I moved around a year ago. I never seen cleaning at the parking lot.
Dumpster always full, homeless people has the access to dumpster.
They used to come in the morning, it won’t be safe.
Their parking lot is Worst maintenance. Full of dust, it’s like parking on the dirtiest streets.
They are increasing rent, but the cleaning service frequency not increased. Wry bad behavior

Have lived here for many years. Community is on a corner so there is not a lot of traffic coming by. Guest parking is inside the gates and you need a pass or you have to park on the street. Other then that, we enjoy living here.

Many new upgrades happening to this place. Use to be shopping baskets and clothes around, but the company gets on people about this which I feel is good.

The people that work here are ok. Nice and friendly but can be hard. The community if full of good people and know... each other. Lee mas

The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by a friendly courteous worker. The workout rooms are always open and are rarely crowded and the pool area s lovely. I love the convenience of all the shopping, restaurants, transportation, and schools it offers. We live here and could not feel safer anywhere else, a beautiful neighbourhood with parks and trails.... Great apartment with a very good location. No problem with anything! Rooms are the right size and the set-up is very modern. I would recommend staying here to all my friends. They have a gym, lounge with free coffee/tea, club house with ‘Pool Table’, and outdoor pool. Had family from out of town and they were really impressed and wanted to stay longer. Lee mas

The Property Manager was very helpful and made sure I stayed inform during the application process. I moved in late September and have not regretted my decision since. I would recommend these apartments to anyone relocating to the area as the property is very close to freeway access and the Cerritos Towne Centre.

Could not find more accommodating and trustworthy staff. The manager has excellent customer service skills and will go beyond and above to meet your needs and to make your stay a pleasant experience. The staff is always smiling and genuine and treats you like gold. I will give them a 5 star. Because they are always available, and promptly handle maintenance requests. I will recommend Los Arboles because of its location, amenities such as gym, swimming pool, and cleanliness. Neighbours are... friendly. Lee mas
