Clipper Cove apartments are incredibly nice. Benicia's bay is literally 100 feet away, affording a beautiful view from just behind the apartment and a perfect spot for 4th of July fireworks just steps away. It's close to exits to the highway, and a good price for the average of the city. The apartments are just a block away from the main strip of downtown Benicia, making a short trip of eating out or having a drink.

There are, of course, some cons. It's an old building, which means that the... apartment space is small and that it has no air conditioning (which is difficult to deal with on Benicia's hotter days). But all in all, it's a good place to call home. Lee mas
