These are not really 1 bedroom apartments; they are studios converted to 1 bedroom. Very small and old. If you live on the first floor good luck; every time it rains you'll have water creeping inside your apartment and under the carpet and destroy whatever you have on the floor. K&S manages the property and they do a terrible job. Their leases have strict unfair rules (like 60-day notice to vacate instead of the usual 30-day. If something needs maintenance, it'll take forever to get done. Rude... and unprofessional staff. And the parking rate is $150/month!!! and it keeps going up $25 every year for no-reason. In conclusion, save your nerve and money and go somewhere else. Lee mas

Up below detail that made of fake. There not truth and poor manager. Everyone who can rent the space if you welling to pay and not need to be live at the apartment too. The staff there were not being treat so friendly and welling to service you. They treated each people so different if you thought you were A plus people. Hear it from a friend of my used to live there.
