Sierra Crossing Apartments

I agree the old owner, only took care of facial issues and had his maintenance people fix things or not at all by using the cheapest methods. Most apartments have mold due to excessive water leakage from toilets, sinks and sliding doors. Rent was cheaper and we paid no utilities but gas.
There are now new owners and they are renovating apts as tenants move out. The rent has been raised about $200 per month and we now pay utilites. The odd thing is that we have no meters for electricity but... they are charging the tenants extra money for electricity. Even if apartment has not been renovated they are still increasing rents. In this area? Best to look out of the area of Bloomington. Motel has weird people and they are allowed to use laundry facility which they dirty. Laundromat is also falling apart. Lee mas

Looking for somewhere to rest your head at night temporarily and save $ till you find a perminnit place for you and your family this is the spot its not all fancy but its clean n well maintained if something breaks they fix it immediately there's security round the clock so you totally feel safe its so quiet at night you definitely get a good nights sleep. And best of all they got rid of the old manager that was a stickler n we have a new one so far so good. Oh and did I add you pay no utilities... or cable total bonus!!!!! Lee mas
