VISTA BONITA

• NO PARKING, everybody gets tickets. I only have a garage for my one car.
• Plumbing: the bathroom and the sink and my dishwasher have all been malfunctioning for two years. I haven’t had a dishwasher for a year. I have been doing the dishes by hand.
• The bedroom carpet is very old and dirty.
• The outlets in the kitchen most of the time do not work. They do not have enough energy. I turn on the coffee pot and it doesn’t work. I have to take it to a different outlet. It’s worse than when I... lived in Tijuana. I already reported this issue since I moved in. Someone came to fix it but they didn’t fix it.
• The blinds in the bedroom are falling apart. I informed management and she told me that I would have to buy new ones myself. Someone could see in side my apartment from outside since they are so beat up.
• I don’t have any air conditioner in my bedroom.
• It is not safe in this neighborhood. There was man with a 12-inch knife chasing a policewoman. A whole SWAT team was sent to take him down.
• Multiple times, helicopters have come to chase people and ask to report them if they are caught. It is scary.
• There are several suspicious individuals that roam the area.
• There is no fence, WE NEED A FENCE.
• There is A LOT of crime going on. Day and night! We need more lights and someone to guard the apartments. Many neighbors have had things stolen. Many garages have been broken into and several items of great value have been taken. Some garages have broken into multiple times.
• A LOT of cars have been broken into over night.
• A neighbor’s dad parked temporarily during the day and went inside the apartment to grab something and then someone in that time stole what was inside of the car including his wallet and air pods. Someone is spying, because they know when to strike and it keeps happening. We have witnesses.
• People have stolen things from the laundry, my neighbor’s good jeans were taken and several other clothes.
• Sometimes the homeless sleep in the bushes and come through the property. I have pictures of them jumping into the garbage to sort through things. I saw one looking through envelops, probably to steal someone’s identification.
• THE GOLF BALLS ARE DANGEROUS. The have almost hit my head several times. This is very serious!! Someone is going to be killed or seriously injured one day.
• Several animals have been spotted, including coyotes and rats and spiders
