Pretty complex - but over priced.
They built a man made lake that gives you that constant soothing sound of running water. It drowns out the noise from the adjacent freeway, and gives you this sort of secluded feel. The ducks on the property are cute at first, but the loud quacking at 5am and the duck feces all over the ground gets old quick. Note, if you have a first floor patio - it will be covered in duck feces. The old property manager was awesome, and always went out of his way to make us happy. The new manager seems to... have lost that personable vibe - and this is a major reason I'm leaving now that my lease is expiring. Overall, after living here about 3 years, I would choose this complex over some of the other nearby apartments - plenty of amenities and respectful neighbors. The windows and sliders are updated. The whole complex was recently painted. George and his maintenance crew are super friendly and keep the complex clean and operating well. A good spot for a mid twenties couple looking for a decent place to live in the Fullerton area.
