Love it!
The tour with Claudia was extremely informative and well executed. The application process was smooth and we have been happily living here for the last few months. Whenever we need a repair, Claudia and the rest of the staff are ready to help. Altair is a calm, quiet area that is perfect for my kids and I

AWFUL PLACE TO "LIVE"
Pure TORTURE being on the first floor. You can track upstairs neighbors step by step, room by room. Every step, every dragging chair, every item dropped, slammed or rolled across the floor. Pure hell.

First-floor tenants naturally hear from time-to-time everyday habitable noises from... upstairs tenants (like walking around their unit). Indeed, if it is anything more than that, it is addressed promptly with the upstairs tenant(s). We appreciate our community at Altair Apartments and our courteous tenants.
