Townhome>Apartment
Hard to find bilevel townhomes in LA. NoVa’s are spacious and well maintained. Management is professional and helpful.

Nobody home
Does not answer the phone, doesn't keep apartment viewing times. Wasted a total of 4 hours trying to see an apartment I had called and email about, waste of a drive and my time.

This place has roaches and mice!!
Please be advised that this place has a serious roach infestation with a side of mice. If you are comfortable living in these type of conditions, then this is the place for you. We tried everything to combat these roaches. We did our own bombing, that just made them angry and come out more. We requested an exterminator come out, they still were coming. We laid borax acid all around the borders and all around the apartment, they would walk through it and still not die. We could not use the... kitchen because that where they mostly were. We could not unpack our boxes and we had to eat out everyday. It costs of hundreds of dollars. Tenants leave their trash out in front of their doors that contributed to the problem. Getting in contact with management is very difficult. It is only after I contacted corporate that I began to receive communication from management consistently. Several issues that need to be addressed in this place to be fixed or corrected. They tent to put band-aids on maintenance issues without completely correcting them. Children playing in the courtyards after 7pm running and yelling, leaving behind snacks and food items in the courtyards. We moved in and moved out within a week. The chemicals was starting to affect us and caused us to be sick. We ended us calling the health department to help to get this place up to code for the other tenants. The apartment, we fell in love with, however, the roaches have conquered this place as their home, so we let them have it back

Fantastic Lofts
Sunset Gardens is very well located and has easy access to both the 118 and 101 freeways. This building has fantastic spacious apartments, and the lofts are one of a kind. High ceilings, no one under or on top of your apartment. Absolutely the best loft we have ever lived in.
