De Soto Place Apartments

Decent area with decent amenities. The hot tub that they have is never hot, it's more of a tiny pool. The pool become green for about a few weeks in the year that I stayed but the worse part is the shady management. Since the new managers none of the broken items in the apartment have been repaired in a timely matter or not repaired at all. For example the sink disposal was never fixed, sent in multiple notice but they didn't care to fix it after the first try. Worse they done so far is raising... the rent without giving me the notice within 30 days. The day I gave them a 30 day notice of moving out which also coincide with the day rent is due, they suddenly say I owe more on rent. A few days later after I paid my rent, I get a notice that is suddenly dated 30 days prior that the rent is increased, I had no choice but to paid it. I highly do not recommend these apartments.
