Looks can be deceiving

Cockroaches, parties, gunshots, unhelpful office staff. The inventory sheet I filled out at the beginning was extensive. When I moved out they charged me for the very things I had called out on the inventory sheet. The manager in charge will not get back to me. I am currently in the process of corresponding with Copper Beech corporate. If this happens to you, don’t cash the check until the problem is resolved...

You did receive communication from me regarding your move out a... statement. I also took the necessary steps at that time to honor your request. Copper Beech does make every effort to work with all our past residents. I understand you were unhappy with the time it took me to process your dispute. I am sure you understand you were not my only resident who moved out. I owe all my residents the same customer service we offered you. Do Not Live Here!

Horrible management
Roaches everywhere
Very unclean unit upon move in
Nothing gets taken care of
“Gated community” but the gate is always left open
Management doesn’t care about you and will scam you for you e deposit and try to charge you for everything thing possible

Buyer Beware

Had 2 daughters sign separate leases (they are all separate) and were told they would be room mates. Low and behold on move-in day they were placed in separate apartments with different room mates. Was told lease did not apply to specific rooms and gave management authority to move people around wherever they wanted.

This place is NOT customer friendly!

Copper Beech

Copper Beech is the best complex in Fresno. They are clean and very spacious. It is in a good area and close to everything. It is close enough to the Fresno State campus too! A must look when moving and would recommend it to anyone!
