Tendencia a la baja
La situación ha empeorado desde que los nuevos dueños se hicieron cargo. La basura siempre se desborda, los pasillos comunes del segundo piso están sucios y no se han limpiado en al menos un año, no hay servicios adicionales aparte de un aparcamiento para bicicletas, se garantiza el aumento máximo anual de la renta, hay animales callejeros por toda la propiedad, incluso en las áreas comunes y literalmente afuera de mi puerta debido al problema de la basura mencionado anteriormente, constantes... problemas con las tuberías de agua y mucho más.

¡El mejor administrador de propiedades!
Viví en Orange Bay durante poco más de un año y fue uno de los mejores complejos residenciales en los que he vivido. ¡La administradora, Chela, es fantástica! Responde rapidísimo a cualquier pregunta o problema. Está en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de Triangle Square y a poca distancia de supermercados, restaurantes y lugares de ocio. Recomiendo este complejo sin duda.
