Crown Colony Apartamentos

I cannot believe people own units here. I moved in a few months ago and the pool heater has been broken for months before I moved it. It has yet to be repaired. The key fob entry for the pool is the same deal so it's an amenity I have yet to use. The staircases are broken down the wood is deteriorating. People leave trash piles in the garage. There are stray cats that wander around at night. The hallway carpets are stained. The lights are so dim inside the halls you feel like you are in a horror... film. The upkeep is deplorable. It takes forever to get repairs done. We had a mold problem that went unnoticed before we moved in that we now have to deal with in both bathrooms and the toilet in the next unit has been running since before we moved in and still isn't fixed. Def will not renew my lease. Lee mas

Crown Colony offers many amenities starting from the time you enter. There is a station that visitors must go through, making it very safe and secure. The grounds are meticulous and they are always upgrading the flowers and trees. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Bart station in the morning and will pick you up in the evening. There is a pool, gym and clubhouse available for the tenants. A couple of downsides : you are near the airport, so you will have to deal with the noise... from the planes. and part of the property borders a cemetery (Colma has many cemeteries, so no big shocker here!).
My apartment itself is quite spacious, loads of storage space, and has been a quiet tree lined sanctuary.
Outside the gates, there are two gas stations and almost instant access to the 280 freeway. Within five minutes, there are numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and a shopping center. Lee mas
