The units are old. Basic amenities like the water heater and plumbing not working are common occurrences.

This complex has had a mold problem for over 20 years and refuses to fix the problem that causes the mold. Instead, they wipe it down with bleach and paint over it but never tell new residents that there was/is a mold issue in their unit.

Numerous residents have had very serious mold problems that have taken weeks and months to get a response from management. Even today, there are several residents being housed in empty units while still paying rent in their units while the management dawdles... and refuses to take the full and complete steps to fix the problem or even ensure that the mold removal was successful.

They have hired a company that is not certified in mold removal and that refuses to answer detailed questions from concerned residents. They even ripped open a wall with a myriad of colors of mold (each is a different type) right in front of two residents who were not wearing protective gear or masks of any kind. This is extremely dangerous and very unprofessional. They either do not know what they are doing or they simply don’t care to follow the rules or protect residents.

Some residents have already brought lawsuits against this complex in the past. Nothing changes. It is all about the bottom dollar for them. They continue to jack up rents but have yet to fix the structural problems with the buildings that allows the water to enter which enables the mold to be a continuous problem.

For your own safety, look elsewhere for a home. Lee mas
