UC Davis University - Solano Park Apartments

This place has been around since the 1960's and though it looks old on the outside, they've done what they can to update it on the inside. It's close to campus, and only a short 2 and a half minute walk from downtown Davis' E and 1. The rent here can't be beat. Rent is a bit complicated to pay because you either have to go onto campus to pay it OR you can just pay it online. But because there's no specifying system on the bill account you have to make sure you don't have any other charges cause... there's no guarantee the pay will go to your rent. The floors are linoleum which creak, but you have either a small patio or balcony (not private, but around the corner from the public entrance). Laundry is communal but super cheap (1.5 for wash, and .25 for drying). Also water, internet and cable are all included. You only have to worry about electricity. Lee mas
