Woodland Park Apartamentos

I’ve been living in my apartment for 15 years and what i noticed is the office is very slow in looking into matters not only the maintenance side but also problems that have been reported like drinking in the parking lot loud music. Nothing has been done about it

Pathetic Woodland Park with great humiliation lost an unanimous jury verdict in a wrongful eviction extortion plot with fraudulent means after losing a civil action back to back and is going for the next without a break. They owe thousands of dollars they evade to pay. The apartments is as infested and filthy as ever and there is no working hot water since last year, they refuse to replace broken appliances, they never treated pest infestation of the building and the neighboring units and as... much as I get pest treatment out of pocket for my apartment, all pests come back from outside infested floors. They have been reported to the police back to back for harassment and stealing. Bottom of the bottom nasty lows. Lee mas

Every thing is good at this point the apartment them is very nice ,it have pool you can relax with friends and family also it have a nice view

I like that our Maintenance department responds fairly quickly and in a professional matter when I submit work orders. I also like the fact that we are able to do all business online.

My experience so far in Woodland Park has been okay. The amenities here are subpar, the apartments need updating, and the community is not quiet. The security is always around. Some residents here are not considerate with their cars.
