This place is the closest thing to projects in El Cajon. It is filthy all around the complex. It's a combination of poor management and tenants who doesn't give a crap about how their home looks. I understand you don't own the home but at least show some pride even as a renter. Qualcomm Stadium after a Chargers game is cleaner than this complex's parking lot. The bottom line is this place is a DUMP. You are paying to live in a DUMP.

let me start with the manager he is so disrespectful he'll never says hi when you walk into the office he will ignore you all the time ur in there they keep cashing checks and money orders late to charge you a late fee they have been loosing them too.
Management is the worst they never fix stuff around BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TIME and you can even see them sitting around all day long during work hrs. When they rent the apartments they don't clean them right or by the time you have to move in is... not ready and they ended up moving you in with the promise of fixing stuff that they never fix this place is infested with bugs and cockroaches. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE UP OFF THIS HELL. We tenants have the right to be treated like humans not like an atm machine they only want our $$$ and don't care about us at all. Lee mas

I’ve had nothing but issues since day one. We had a delay by a month from our move in date and when we did move in it still wasn’t finished, we had to repeatedly ask management to fix and change issues we’ve had with our apartment, they will always give you the same answer that it will be fixed tomorrow and you would never hear back unless you keep bothering them. The apartment had cockroaches and a lot of mud daybeds nest outside of our apartment and had to nag management for a fumigation, a... month later they had pest control come by. Couple months later we have the same issue and we haven’t heard from management as we keep trying to have our apartment fumigated, I’ve spoke to many neighbors and they have the same issue with management not doing there part in keeping there apartments clean and pest free. I highly recommend everyone to not come to these apartments, I’m positive that you will have the same horrible,
