I was so excited to move here because of nice looking court yard. However the inside is another story. I was moved into an apt with mold. It was painted over. I noticed a pirate ship like smell coming from under my kitchen sink. The wood had rotted and began to separate from the wall with obvious water damage. I requested maintenance and a tiny portion of mold was painted over in another cabinet because the mold began to spread. I'm showing signs of mold illness & had no idea about... the severity of the problem until looked up the signs of mold illness. Lee mas

This place is horrible! Cockroaches are everywhere! When u came out at night to your kitchen, there are millions of millions cockroaches!
Inside parking is not safe at all! My car got broke in twice and lost everything inside! Homeless are all right infront of this apartment!
We end up have to leave the apartment, and find somewhere safer. I couldn’t believe we got charged almost the whole room deposit! We already hired someone cleaned the rug like a month ago before we left, and we cleaned... the rooms too, we still got charged the whole carpet replacement and apartment clean fee which is 600$ totally, this is ridiculous!
The only good thing about this apartment is Kim and Rafa are nice! Lee mas

The manager and maintenance man are above and beyond. I don’t think they have ever not been available upon a tenants need. They don’t just do their job, they take pride and are passionate about the property and the people who live here. I moved because I needed a two bedroom, was gone for about five years and nothing else compared to the safe feeling of residing at Vista Bella. Kim and Rafa don’t just make you feel like you’ll be safe and taken care of. They always go the extra mile and follow... up to ensure that you are satisfied completely! I just moved back and I feel like a load has been taken off - I’m home! Lee mas

I moved out of state about 6 mo ago, but I would recommend Kim as a manager any day. She is busy, but will take the time to stop and say hi. Raffa is a nice guy and my apartment was perfect. If I every move back to the area, I will be checking to see if they have an apartment available. I have never lived in a one bedroom that was so large. My apartment had new carpet and flooring in it when I moved in and it was so clean. I lived there for a year and a half until my job transferred me. ... Move there its nice and quiet and Kim and Raffa go above and beyond. Lee mas

I moved in about 6 months ago. It is so quiet here. I feel so safe. The manager is so nice that I had a package delivered and I called and asked her to put in my apartment, and she said no problem. She went out of her way. She is always here and the guy that fixes stuff is always working. It so clean here and safe. They even keep the gates closed so only residents can enter. I wish they still allowed dogs, because I want one, but I also work a lot of hours so poor dog would be alone all... day. Glad that I came here to live. Lee mas
