Aventerra Apartment Homes

I am glad we found Aventerra Apartments in the city of Fontana CA Lorena was very polite and resourceful giving directions and information along with Isaac, Laura and Aurelio hopefully we'll be part of this community soon, because I liked very much the location and that is close to the freeways and the groceries store including Costco

I've lived here since 2013 and I had no problems whatsoever other then the little stuff that needs to be repaired far as garbage disposal you know little things like that. nothing major... Its been 8 years I've lived here. I've had no problem with bugs at all. no major problems at all. you take care of your apartment and it will take of you. far as management goes they are all great to me. ShirLae has went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helped us out in so so many ways to make us feel comfortable and a... better place to live. lorena, Lizeth and marlene are just as professional as well. you couldn't find and better management team. Every time I would call they are on top of things and to top it off the maintenance team Isaac, Laura and porter Juan OMG they work so so extremely HARD to keep the grounds as sanitary and clean as possible. team work matters ... I have personally lived here for 11 years and Shirlae has been an awesome manager since I've lived here it's a great place to raise kids I have 3 it's quite and friendly clean also love how Shirley dose stuff for the kids for the holidays and back to school everyone on team is so friendly and so nice Lorena, lizeth, Isaac, Laura, aurelio,Aurelia,, marlene

The management team here is awesome, they fix what needs fixing in a timely manner, if you report it when it happens it will be done the next day or the same day most of the time. They help you get what you need and the maintenance team is great and polite too. Not only does the team in the office help you with what you need but they remember you, and they ask you how you're doing. And for the large amount of time I've lived here; these apartments have never had any problems within the community... , and if there was they do not tolerate any nonsense if it does come up. It's rare to find a management team who can show compassion with its tenets, get problems done quickly, and keep the community safe and protected simultaneously. If you're thinking of moving here I would recommend it. Lee mas
