The Calais Apartamentos

The manager here is really cheap, they try to fix the minimum when old tenants move out. When I first moved here 6 years ago, they refused to replace the worn out green carpet for me, then after I moved out they still didnt replace the carpet for the new people moving in! ...and trust me, this carpet was super worn out. Also, if you like roaches, then this is the place for you! They dont allow pets here, but they do allow roaches.

Last but not least, it is also not a very safe neighborhood... with homeless people loitering on the street, My vehicle was broken into twice! Let me save you the headache from this place. Just do yourself a favor and dont move into this complex. Lee mas
