South Hills Villas Apartamentos

Only lived there for a month and though I heard great things, I've encountered the new manager. ( the Mrs retired and the husband is now manager), he's extremely unprofessional. He thought I was a trespasser one day and then the next it was over a parking situation. It turned into harassment where he would follow my b/f and me and tell us we didn't belong there. The final nail on the coffin was when he aggressively confronted my b/f intoxicated at 7 a.m. over the guest parking. The Mrs tried to... calm her husband down but he was on a good one. Maybe when she ran the complex it was a different atmosphere. I definitely felt uncomfortable. If you plan to move here, don't get on his bad side. Like a scene out of Dangerous Minds, he'll get in your face. Lee mas

Great safe complex. Nice and quite. Very friendly and helpful management. Large bedrooms and a great layout. Great place to live!

Smaller complex with about 40 units. Gated, with apartment managers who live on-site. All units have attached garages with direct access to each apartment, with an additional assigned parking spot in either a carport or an uncovered parking spot. Guest parking is limited and monitored, so residents don't park in the guest spots. All are two story, and there are two floor plans with both having 2bdr and 2 bath. Very quiet complex, next to the South Hills. Rarely are there any openings, and... you have to have great credit to rent here. Downside is that they raise your rent each year. Mine went up $100 on my one year anniversary here, and again another $75 on my second year. Lee mas
