water shut off every week . yellow water and rust. The management company is the worst. read other reviews . Old rust piped.

Many problems with hot water. People constantly fight over washers/ dryers. Many residents park on the street rather than park inside their space making hard find parking. I notcied the possoms/racoons are almost gone after many years of them living with us. They keep raising rent without remodeling. Neighbors can be noisy and unfriendly as of late. Just please stop raising rent if you are not going to make the place better. Some tenants get special treatments like new windows. Please treat... everyone the same as the units look tacky by having some with brand new windows and others with the super thin ones. Walls are thing but the landscaping is awesome though. Lee mas

There is a rat problem at this complex. The office wasn’t able to solve it, so we decided to move out. Instead of working with us they took our deposit and continued to bill us when we told them we were moving out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No matter how cheap it is.

Smelly and dirty homeless camp next to parking lot.

I noticed a homeless encampment next to the apartment parking lot. Area smells. A lot of garbage too.
