Sink clogged ...fill an application...after 3 days somebody is going to show up.. 3 days without clean your dishes..pipeline clogged all the time. Bad management. of course you pay a lot of money for rent.

This place is a wreck. It used to be good until new management took over. The new management is extremely bad, it is unsafe, there’s very poor maintenance, and rent is skyrocketing.

Management: The lady running the place does not respond to maintenance requests and will refuse to open her door.

Unsafe: Cars are getting broken into every other month within the complex. Cameras don’t work and the manager refuses to do anything about it (she blames it on the tenants for letting people in)....

Poor maintenance: Manager does not respond to maintenance requests and you could go without your dishwasher for three months. The sewage has broken in the garage multiple times. Manager pays for very poor quality aesthetics.

Rent: Rent used to be affordable. However, the manager is paying for cheap renovations and using it as an excuse to raise rent. She bumped ours by $300 in the last four months.

This place is not luxury and you WILL regret moving here. STAY AWAY Lee mas

This place only cares about what’s aesthetically pleasing.. They are trying to make it look nice and pretty, but the functionality inside is awful! Bad pipes and all.. They raised the price for looks, not functionality. The numbers listed are all disconnected so you can’t even call them to complain.. it’s a large unit that needs a lot of attention but no one is there to answer the phone...? Do not pay the extra hundreds and I mean over $500 more, just because it looks pretty.

Laguna vista is an older set of apartments smaller but cozy. A lot of college students live here. Very nosy children that run around all day but usually are gone by the the night time which works if you are working or out all day. Has a pool that is kept pretty clean, nice sized parking spots in the lot underneath the complex. Even without a parking spot parking in surrounding neighborhoods isn't bad either. All and all for the price I believe this is a nice place to live i've lived here for... over a year now and have no current plans to move! Lee mas
