Best location of residences in Long Beach. Easy walk to the Pike, Pine St, Terrace Theater and many Long Beach attractions. Amenities at the Crest make one feel like they are on permanent vacation.

It’s been really great living here so far. Sara and Jamie have been accommodating and professional. The maintenance and service professionals are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience and really pleased. Cheers

Anytime there’s an issue whether it be big or small the management team is super quick to get things resolved. The maintenance staff is also amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Grateful to have such a good staff to look out for us.
